Way to Grow Pediatric Therapy – Chandler, Arizona
Way to Grow is a state-of-the-art, sensory-based, private pediatric therapy clinic serving children from birth to 21 years of age. Through skilled therapy and child-centered play, we focus on delivering high-quality care while building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with the families we serve.
Our clinic is home to a dedicated multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative professionals who value collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. We prioritize continuing education and provide opportunities for therapists to expand their skills across a diverse range of ages, diagnoses, group programming, and school-based services.
We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a Summer 2026 coverage opportunity.
Position Details:
This role will provide coverage during a prolonged summer leave.
Primary Coverage Period: May 25 – June 19, 2026
Preferred Start Date: Week of May 18, 2026 (or sooner) to allow time for shadowing, meeting patients, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Position Overview:
· Primary responsibility will be covering the caseload of one therapist
· Occasional make-up sessions from other therapists may be added
· No evaluations, re-evaluations, or progress reports required
· Documentation consists of daily SOAP notes only
· Opportunity to assist with summer camps or special programs (based on interest and availability)
· Potential for future PRN or school break coverage opportunities
Schedule:
· Mondays & Wednesdays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM if interested in leading summer groups)
· Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
· Fridays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) an Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license
· Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children preferred
