Way to Grow is a state-of-the-art, sensory-based, private pediatric therapy clinic in Chandler, Arizona. We specialize in treating children from infancy to young adulthood through skilled therapy and child-centered play. We offer a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment as well as flexible scheduling. Our focus is on quality patient care and forming long-lasting relationships with our families.
We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative professionals. Our therapists are able to expand their skills to include a diverse range of ages, diagnoses, and potential groups and/or school services. Mentoring and continuing education are prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 pediatric OT treatment in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Use sensory integration and functional, play-based activities to build independence in ADLs, fine and gross motor skills, visual motor, executive function, emotional regulation, handwriting, and more
  • Utilize evidence-based programs and frameworks such as SSP, Handwriting Without Tears, Zones of Regulation, ALERT Program, Interoception Curriculum, Social Thinking, and reflex integration
  • Partner closely with families and collaborate with speech team

 

Qualifications

  • Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) an Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state of Arizona
  • 2 years pediatric experience in sensory integration and play-based intervention
  • A relationship-first mindset and eagerness to learn, share, and grow with the team
